I’m Rodney Richards, founder and coach. What started as training a few people in a small studio became a community of athletes, creators, and everyday individuals who wanted more out of themselves — mentally, physically, and personally and to share that with the world. Rodney is very patient and supportive. He will push you but he does so in a motivational way. This is the longest I've stuck to a personal trainer and it's because he makes the sessions really enjoyable and versatile. 10/10 recommend him as a trainer.
