Meet Rodney Richards, the Founder of DIEFIT. Rodney has successfully guided hundreds of individuals, just like you, to not only reach their fitness aspirations but also to foster long-term health. With years of experience working with professionals in premier facilities, coaching executive CEOs, busy moms, and everyone in between, he eventually opened his own fitness studio where people from diverse backgrounds have embraced his training style and passion. Richards holds various qualifications, including AAAI/ISMA Master Personal Trainer and NASM Certification. I know what it’s like to be uncomfortable, to not like what you see in the mirror, to avoid wearing certain kinds of clothes. I’ve been there. I started getting into fitness at the early age of 17, tired of being the painfully skinny teen insecure about his physique and his lack of muscle and strength. Fitness was a way out to apply hard work and effort towards changing and reinventing myself. As the years have passed, my passion has not only grown for fitness but for the lifestyle itself. I have experienced the highs and lows of working out, so I understand how frustrating it can be. I want to help you. I want to use my experiences and knowledge to help you achieve the physique of your dreams without all the guesswork. If you’re not sure where to start, if you’ve fallen off, or if you’re just looking to take your body to the next level, let me help you get back on track. All of my research and development as a AAAI Master Trainer has been aimed at creating programs to assist clients in reaching their goals regardless of their exercise background.
