With years of experience working with professionals in premier facilities, coaching executive CEOs, busy moms, and everyone in between, he eventually opened his own fitness studio where people from diverse backgrounds have embraced his training style and passion. Richards holds various qualifications, including AAAI/ISMA Master Personal Trainer and NASM Certification.
