Rules for the next 75 days 1. 45 Minutes of INTENTIONAL movement (Lifting, Walking, Running, etc.) 2. Hydration Goal: Drink at least 64 oz of water 3. Eat with intention No fast food, No mindless Snacking, Stay aligned with your goal. 5. MENTAL BUILD for at least 10 Minutes (Meditate, Journal, Clean, Organize your space) 6.
