I know what it’s like to be uncomfortable. To not like what you see in the mirror. To avoid wearing certain kinds of clothes. I’ve been there. I started getting into fitness at the early age of 17, tired of being the painfully skinny teen insecure about his physique and his lack of muscle and strength. Fitness was a way out to apply hard work and effort towards changing and re-inventing myself. As the years have passed my passion has not only grown for fitness but the lifestyle itself. I have experienced the highs and lows of working out, so I understand how frustrating it can be. I want to help you. I want to use my experiences and knowledge to help you achieve the physique of your dreams without all the guesswork. If you’re not sure where to start, if you’ve fallen off, or if you’re just looking to take your body to the next level, let me help get on track. All of my research and development as a AAAI Master Trainer has been aimed at creating programs to assist clients in reaching their goals regardless of exercise background.
