I started getting into fitness at the early age of 17, tired of being the painfully skinny teen insecure about his physique and his lack of muscle and strength. Fitness was a way out to apply hard work and effort towards changing and re-inventing myself. As the years have passed my passion has not only grown for fitness but the lifestyle itself. I have experienced the highs and lows of working out, so I understand how frustrating it can be. I want to help you.
